  4. Personal data is not publicly available. 
  5. The purpose of personal data processing: processing of incoming requests from individuals to provide advice; analysis of an individual's activities on the website and the functioning of the website; advertising and newsletters. 
  6. The basis for processing personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law № 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; this consent to the processing of personal data. 
  7. In the course of processing with personal data the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, change); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction. 
  8. Personal data is processed prior to the unsubscribing of an individual from advertising and newsletters. Also, the processing of personal data may be terminated upon request of the subject of personal data. Storage of personal data recorded on paper is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law No. 125-FZ "On Archiving in the Russian Federation" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archiving and archival storage. 
  9. The consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written application to VELLES JSC or his representative at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent. 
  10. In case of withdrawal of the consent to processing of personal data by the subject of personal data or his representative, VELLES JSC has the right to continue processing of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data in the presence of the grounds specified in paragraphs 2 - 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law № 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006. 
  11. The present consent is valid all the time until the moment of the termination of processing of the personal data specified in item 7 and item 8 of the present Consent.
